Pippa Middleton gives birth to second child with James Matthews

The royal family is celebrating good news.

Pippa Middleton gave birth to her second son, a daughter named Grace Elizabeth Jane, on Monday, a family source told Page Six.

Baby Grace was born at 4:22 am and weighed 6 pounds and 7 ounces. Pippa, 37, and her husband James Matthews also have a 2-year-old son named Arthur.

“Everyone is on the moon,” said the source about the newcomer, adding that it is “beautiful news”.

Grace’s birth comes on the heels of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry’s revealing explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey. In the interview, Markle accused Middleton’s older sister, Kate Middleton, of making her cry before her 2018 wedding to Harry.

Without citing specific names, Markle and Harry also claimed that the royal family had discussions about “how dark” their son Archie’s skin would be when he was born – which led Queen Elizabeth to question the family.

Pippa and Matthews were married in 2017.

While Markle was dating Harry at the time, she skipped the wedding at the last minute because she was scared of having her own “Pippa moment”, according to the 2020 biography, “Finding Freedom: Harry and Meghan and Making them out of a family real modern. ”Pippa’s story stole the show at Kate and Prince William’s wedding in 2011.
