Piers Morgan went on a live strike in Good morning Great Britain after the former CNN host was scolded for comments he made about Meghan Markle’s interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Morgan was challenged by co-star Alex Beresford after spending Monday morning furious with Markle, which prompted a complaint from the mental health organization Mind, which raised concerns after Morgan said he did not believe the Duchess of Sussex had thoughts suicidal.
Calling Morgan “diabolical behavior,” Beresford said, “I’m sorry, but Piers talks too much on a regular basis and we all have to sit and listen. From half past six to seven last night it was incredibly difficult to watch. Incredibly difficult to watch … He has the ability to come in here and speak from a position that he doesn’t fully understand. “

Morgan left when Beresford raised the fact that Markle had avoided him in the past. “I understand that you don’t like Meghan Markle. You have made this very clear several times in this program. Several times, ”said Beresford.
“And I understand that you have a personal relationship with Meghan Markle and she interrupted you, she has the right to interrupt you, if she wants to. Has she said anything about you since she interrupted you? I don’t think she has. But you still continue to destroy it. “
Morgan got up and left, exclaiming, “OK, I’m done with this.” He came back soon after and said to Beresford: “What we need to do, Alex, is to talk in a civilized way, since we work on the same program and on the same team. Throwing yourself into a very personally derogatory monologue about one of your colleagues is probably not one of the best ways to do this. “
