Piers Morgan had a fierce response to ex-CNN colleague Ana Navarro, who was delighted with her departure from “Good Morning Britain” after her criticisms of the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
Morgan split from “GMB” after leaving the morning show set amid criticism he received for casting doubt on Markle’s claims against the Royal Family.

Last Tuesday, Navarro shared what she considered the final silver lining of the bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey.
“If no other changes come out of the interview with #OprahMeghanHarry, which would lead @piersmorgan to be fired again from another job, it looks like a good result for the benefit of humanity,” wrote Navarro.
A week later, the outspoken Englishman attacked the CNN analyst with a fact check and seemed to allude to the fight the two had when working on the network.
“Hi Ana, I was not fired by ITV (I still work for them) and I was not fired by CNN (they offered me a new 2-year contract – ask Jeff),” wrote Morgan, referring to the President of CNN, Jeff Zucker.

He continued, “But it’s great to see that you’re as big and treacherous a traitor now as you were when I worked at CNN.”
Morgan representatives did not immediately respond to Fox News’s request for comment.
Morgan took over from CNN icon Larry King in 2011. “Piers Morgan Live” ended in 2014.
Last week, Morgan drew more than 40,000 complaints after saying he did not “believe a word” of Meghan’s allegations about racism and intimidation by the Royal Family. This led to an investigation by Morgan by “Ofcom”, or the Office of Communications, in the United Kingdom, according to its “rules of harm and wrongdoing”.

The British journalist maintained his criticism of Markle after he violated the “GMB” defined in the midst of resistance he received for doubting his credibility.
“On Monday, I said I didn’t believe Meghan Markle in her interview on Oprah,” he posted. “I had time to reflect on that opinion, and I still don’t have it. If you did, that’s fine.
