Earlier today, we brought updates on new details that were added to the Marvel Avengers Campus at Disney California Adventure. Now that the sun has set on the first day of the “A Touch of Disney” event with tickets, we are receiving even more new elements from the park’s newest terrain – this time in the form of significant amounts of lighting in some of the key element areas.
During our time at Cars Land, we noticed something more in the distance towards the Marvel Avengers Campus.
In the distance, we saw a well-lit Avengers logo, with an equally shiny Quinjet above it. The Quinjet is situated at the top of the Avengers Headquarters, and you can get a better view of the ship in the photos with Disney Parks President Josh D’Amaro.
Although we saw parts of the Marvel Avengers Campus being lit up after dark, this was our first opportunity to get a better look at Cars Land, now that we have access to most of the park.
Although the land certainly looks ready to launch with the reopening of Disneyland Park and Disney California Adventure on April 30, Disney CEO Bob Chapek said the land no it will open when the parks return and will instead welcome guests at the end of the year.
