Hello from a beautiful first day of 2021 here at Magic Kingdom! We closed the night here last night and decided to come back here today to start the year well. We found some new things that we would like to share, so let’s get started!

On the way to the park, we saw what appears to be a supply cart on the train tracks near the main street station, although it was empty. We saw work being done yesterday at the track near Fantasyland Station as well.

When we entered the park, we noticed new signs on the front with instructions for later in the day like Park Hop using the bus system. Today marks the first day that Park Hopping is available, as the parks closed in mid-March.

Once in the park, we found the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train boasting an impressive 115-minute wait before 8 am. Although it didn’t look like the crowds were looking so bad today, this was the longest waiting time we’ve seen in a while.

We stopped at The Emporium to see what new products may have been launched today and found several new models available. Our favorite is the one with Winnie The Pooh! For more photos and information, check out our article here.

We have also discovered several new face masks available, now that festive masks are in extinction.

All of these face masks are available as part of a multipack at shopDisney, but are now available individually here at Walt Disney World.

All of these masks are available in four sizes, Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large, are made of “New Fabric” and cost $ 9.99. Discounts apply at check-out.

We found another addition to the fan line standardized with the Mad Tea Party fan “Spill It” today. For more photos and information, check out our article here.

While the Christmas decorations will remain for a few more days, the holiday Cavalcadas are gone and the original Cavalcadas are back. We love seeing these well-dressed dancers for the first time since September!

We noticed that although most of the holiday food offerings were gone, some places still had their goodies available. Sleepy Hollow Refreshments was still offering the Fa La La La Funnel cake.

Westward Ho was also still offering Chip ‘n’ Dale Christmas Churros. Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Café was the only fast service restaurant that still offered Christmas food.

Sunshine Tree Terrace was still offering Orange Bird Christmas, but we also found it available for a day only at Aloha Isle Refreshments. While the Pistachio Chai Tea Float, Aloha Isle’s own holiday offer, has already been removed from the menu, we were pleased to see that it was replaced by the return of a fan favorite, the Kakamora Float. We don’t waste time getting one for ourselves!

We checked the construction progress at Harper’s Mill and found that some of the existing concrete had been cut. It looks like they are getting ready to pour fresh concrete soon.

We stopped at Tomorrowland Light & Power Co. and found a whole line of new Sorcerer Mickey MaDe items available at the kiosk there. For more photos and information, check out our article here.

Although it was a very busy day, it wasn’t too bad compared to last week. Here’s what Main Street, USA, looks like at noon.

We had a lot of fun at Magic Kingdom, but we were super excited to start Park Hopping again. Our complete guide to the return of Park Hopping can be found here. At the bus station, the cast member examined our MagicBand to make sure we had entered the first park before allowing us to queue for the bus to the desired second park.

First we parked at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It was so nice to see this classic park still decorated for the holidays!

Then we went to EPCOT! It was a turbulent world tour.

Last but not least, we explored Disney’s Animal Kingdom, proving that you can, in fact, Park Hop to all four parks in one day with this new system. For a complete tour of our experience, check out our Park Hopping guide here. For more information on our bright pink MagicBand, see our article here.

While at Disney’s Animal Kingdom, we found this new cap with Mickey Mouse. For more photos and information, check out our article here.

We also found this new Exclusive Limited Edition Annual Pass badge with Simba, which sells for $ 17.99.

We ended our day back at the Magic Kingdom and were able to see Mickey and his friends walking down Main Street USA. We had a great day at Walt Disney World and we hope you enjoyed coming with us. Have a magical day!
