Phil Spencer: Xbox is working as hard as it can to meet the demand for the X / S Series

Spencer notes that he was on the phone recently with Lisa Su from AMD (who makes the CPU and GPU for the next generation Xbox consoles) asking “how can we get more?” Of course, the team is working hard to put more consoles in the hands of the players. Supply simply cannot meet demand now, so shortages are expected – last year, Microsoft’s CFO said it realistically expected supply to meet demand by spring 2021.
