Sports Editor’s Note: A press release issued this morning by Pfeiffer University Athletics announced a change in the women’s basketball team’s schedule. The launch is listed below:
In accordance with USA South COVID-19 management protocols, the next USA South women’s basketball games between Meredith College and Pfeiffer University have been postponed.
Meredith and Pfeiffer were scheduled to play next weekend, with the Falcons traveling to Raleigh on Friday, January 15, and hosting the Avenging Angels on Sunday, January 17.
USA South will explore whether competitions can be played at a later date.
