Paulina Porizkova, 55, discovers everything while defending Elizabeth Hurley

A week after Elizabeth Hurley, 55, caused a stir by posing without a shirt – a move that some critics condemned as “seeking attention” and inappropriate – Paulina Porizkova is following suit.

Although not strange for a bikini photo shoot, Porizkova, also 55, shows even more on his most recent Instagram. The old one Sports Illustrated swimsuit edition the cover girl is completely naked in the sassy photo, which looks like it was taken in her room.

In her caption, the 1980s supermodel defends Hurley and reflects on how men perceive a woman’s nakedness differently as she ages, transforming something that was once so sought after into a “desperate” act. Porizkova – who spoke publicly about feeling a lack of interest from her husband, the late Ric Ocasek, before the 2017 breakup – was inspired by her own experiences with aging.

“Put on your clothes,” wrote Porizkova. “Today, seriously, thoughts inspired by the confusion surrounding a sexy photo of [Elizabeth Hurley]. When I was 20 and 30, the less I used it, the more popular I was.

“At 40, I could walk around naked and illicit, nothing more than a fine for public indecency,” she continued. “At 50, I am insulted for that. – Put on your clothes, Grandma. Hungry for attention, aren’t you? A little desperate here? You’re pathetic.’

“Why are sensuality and nudity applauded in a woman’s youth and outraged in her maturity? Because of men. Men are biologically programmed to spread their seed, inserting themselves into fertile containers that announce their viability through their youth. What does this mean for men who don’t want children? Men who have all the children they want? Men who don’t want children this second? Not evolved.

“And what does this say to women like me, who need to be validated by the male eye? Unsure.

“The only pathetic thing here is to allow others to set their priorities.”

She signed with two of her hashtags: #SexyHasNoExpirationDate and #BetweenJLoandBettyWhite.

Porizkova – who responded with just a shy emoji when a commentator asked who took the intimate photo – received much praise for being so frank.

“That last line is everything!” read a comment. “I’m in my 20s and I can’t say how much I respect you. I just hope to embrace aging with the same elegance that you did.

“I would like to have your confidence, girl”, wrote another fan, causing the model to reply: “I’m pretending!”

“I can’t say if it was taken 20 years ago or today,” said a follower to the Pilates fan. “You are timeless and sexy and society needs to shut up.”
