What is Parkinson’s?
Parkinson’s UK explained that the progressive neurological condition is caused by the death of nerve cells in the brain.
Nerve cells are responsible for creating the chemical dopamine that helps to control movement.
As nerve cells die, less dopamine is produced in the brain, causing movement problems to appear.
