Paris Hilton once again opened up about the “iconic image” that paparazzi captured in 2006 of her, Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan.
In a 10-minute podcast episode “This is Paris”, titled “This is… the truth” on iHeartRADIO, Hilton considered the photo a “strange” experience, as she was not getting along with Lohan.

“That was a night when Britney and I went out and were at the Beverly Hills Hotel. And we were at our friend’s party, and so we were deciding to leave because we wanted to go home, ”recalls Hilton. “We were walking to the car and suddenly we were surrounded by tons of paparazzi. As soon as we were going to the car, Lindsay showed up. So it was kind of weird because, at this point, we are just having some drama.”

“When I was getting in the car, one of the paparazzi shouted at me, ‘Is it true that you hit Lindsay?’ And at that moment, suddenly, I saw Lindsay walking towards us and said, ‘Why don’t you just ask her?’ “Hilton claims that she said at the time.
According to Hilton’s recollection, Lohan replied something like, “‘No, of course not …’ ‘No, Paris would never hit me, I’ve known her since [age] 15. ‘”

Hilton described the issue and the whole situation as “quite strange”, while noting that Lohan did not admit any wrongdoing.
“It was just weird how the whole thing happened,” explained Hilton. “And then they kept taking pictures, and then suddenly I looked and she was in my car. And we weren’t getting along, so I was polite.”

The hotel’s heiress and DJ was more direct in 2017 when she told MTV Australia Lohan spent the girls’ night with Spears.
“It was just me and Brit leaving, and then she just chased us to the car and got in,” joked Hilton. “She was not invited.”

A year later, Hilton said, “I didn’t want to humiliate you in front of all the paparazzi and be like, ‘Get out of my car'”, during an appearance on SiriusXM Radio Andy.
During the same interview, Hilton explained that she used to be close friends with Lohan until the actress did something to betray her trust.

Lohan denied falling for Hilton and Spears’ night when she was interviewed by Andy Cohen in 2019.
Although that 2006 night may not have gone as planned, Hilton and Spears maintained a sense of humor about it.
In 2019, the duo recreated the moment at the Beverly Hills Hotel with a Queen Elizabeth II impersonator.
