Paris Hilton reveals she is undergoing IVF to form a family

Hannah Brown won “Dancing With The Stars” in the fall of 2019, but more than a year later, she is still dealing with injuries sustained during her time on the show.

“I think this political climate and with COVID has been difficult for all of us and for me as well,” she said in her Instagram Stories during a light walk. “Normally, when I’m struggling, dealing with my mental health, I can start working out. Well, in the past five months, maybe almost six, I haven’t been able to work out as before.”

The “Bachelorette” star noted that her physical and mental health is slowly improving.

“I’m still going to the doctor and trying to find out, but I think a lot of my aching body comes from some problems that started in ‘Dancing With the Stars’ and I kept going from zero to 100 – I also all or nothing – and pushed too hard to where I now have some problems that I’m having to deal with physical therapy “, she said. “I have been doing this mostly and then going out for some walks and bike rides, but honestly, that is it.”

Hannah quickly added, “To clarify, I have always had problems and pain, but I think ‘DWTS’ has put additional stress on previous injuries.”

In addition to his injuries, the reality show star acknowledged that public criticism of his body is not easy to hear or see.

“I’m starting to realize that more people can relate to this girl, the one who is struggling,” she shared. “I’m just trying to be more honest about where I am. I know we all started in different places, so some people stress me out, like to point out that I gained weight, some people say I’m fine, but I just want to feel good and I didn’t feel well because I haven’t been able to figure out the way I feel my body needs. “

She continued, “So instead of being zero or 100, I’m going to learn to show you where I can be now, whether it’s 50 percent, 60 percent, 35 percent my best; you have to start from somewhere.”

Hannah, 26, also wrote: “My overall health is my number 1 priority at the moment. I will continue to do everything I can now – try more training methods (I’ve always been a HIT workout, a high cardio athlete), learn to adjust and listen to my body and continue to see the doctor to hopefully get some clarity soon! “
