Aaron Rodgers vs. Tom Brady was a confrontation that NFL fans wanted to see in the Super Bowl, but they will have to settle for next week’s NFC Championship when the Green Bay Packers face the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.
The Packers ended the regular season of 2020 as the best NFC team and won a bye in the first round in the playoffs. Rodgers and the attack took a while to start, but eventually eliminated the Los Angeles Rams from the playoffs during the divisional round.
In that game, Rodgers had 23 to 36, with 296 yards and two touchdown passes – one for Allen Lazard and one for Davante Adams.

Rodgers will play his first league game at home, as all other title matches have been played. He hopes to make only his second appearance in the Super Bowl with a win. Rodgers and the Packers made it to the Super Bowl for the last time in the 2010 season.
Playing even better than Rodgers is the Packers’ defense. Green Bay has not conceded more than 20 points since the Week 14 clash against the Detroit Lions. The Packers have also been on a seven-game winning streak since Week 12.
Facing a legend like Brady, you never know what’s going to happen.
Brady and the Buccaneers defeated the Washington Football Team in the wild card round and the New Orleans Saints in the divisional round. It is Brady’s participation in the title game at 14 conferences and his first while with an NFC team.

Tampa Bay’s defense showed how much damage it can do to an opponent in a victory over the Saints. The defense forced three interceptions and another fumble in the win. The upsets were instrumental in winning the conference title back in 18 years.
Tampa Bay will certainly watch the tape of the previous confrontation of the two teams in week 6.
The Buccaneers attacked the Packers at home, 38-10. Rodgers had two interceptions and was fired four times. He did not play a touchdown pass in that game. Brady had two touchdown passes in victory.
The difference on Sunday will be the cold, as Green Bay must be around 20 degrees for the start of the game.
