Orlando Bloom defended his healthy morning routine

“I have been the running joke of almost everyone.”

Orlando Bloom is dodging all those funny comments about his morning routine after explaining what he eats for breakfast in a recent interview with The Sunday Times.

In the article, Bloom said he likes to “earn” his breakfast, so he tends to work out in the morning.

“I’m going to order a green powder that I mix with cerebral octane oil, a collagen powder for my hair and nails and a little protein,” he said at the time. “It’s all quite LA, actually. Then I will go for a walk while listening to some Nirvana or Stone Temple Pilots. “

If he eats breakfast, he will make porridge for himself with “some hazelnut milk, cinnamon, vanilla paste, hazelnuts, goji berries, a vegan powdered protein and a cup of PG Tips”.

“I’m 90 percent vegetable-based, so I’ll only eat a good piece of red meat maybe once a month,” explained Bloom. “Sometimes I look at a cow and I think: it is the most beautiful thing of all.”

“At some point, we will look back and cannot believe that we used to eat meat,” he continued. “So I’m going to take a shower and get dressed. I like to make an effort. No sweatpants.”

Bloom’s interview went viral shortly after it was published, and his fans did not hesitate to share their comments on Twitter.

Speaking to the radio show, Bloom said he did not take his interview reaction very seriously.

“I mean, I was asked what my porridge recipe was?” he said. “And by the way, vanilla in your porridge will take you to the next level. Trust me.”

As for the octane oil recipe for the brain, well, “that’s just two teaspoons of sugar,” he revealed. “Do not tell anyone.”

It’s great that Bloom has found a routine that works for him – but in general, everyone should do what makes them feel good in the morning, which is always a good thing to remember.
