Opponents take a stand after week 17 action

49ers’ 2021 opponents are set after Week 17’s first set of games is over. The full San Francisco schedule will not be released until April, but we know of his home and 17-game road.

One last place on NFC West should help to soften their schedule a bit, but there are a number of tough opponents coming that will make the 49ers’ way back to the Super Bowl a tough one.

There is also a chance that the NFL will expand to 17 games, and according to ESPN’s Nick Wagoner, the 49ers would inherit the AFC North team’s last place in their lineup, which would put the Cincinnati Bengals in this group. The location of a 17th game is unknown.
