Ohio continues to win, beats Maryland. Three lessons.

Ohio continues to win games in several ways. Monday night, Maryland left with the intention of punching the Buckeyes in the mouth and, for a while, it worked.

The Terrapins played a physical ball mark with a lot of movement towards the ring which resulted in an initial advantage. However, like so many games before this season, OSU found a way to earn points for what the opposition was doing, suppressed the defense and won another road dispute in the rugged and stumbling Big Ten by the score of 73-65.

There is a lot to discover with this one, especially with the way the Buckeyes responded and took care of business in the face of a team that seemed motivated and determined to turn heads in the world of college basketball tonight.

As we do with every game, here are three things we look at that we can take from Ohio State’s fifth consecutive victory, and one victory in eight of the last nine.

NEXT … You can’t turn everything off
