Official list of New York Giants picks

Now that the compensatory choices have been delivered, the 2021 draft of the NFL, which will run from April 29 to May 1, has had its order officially defined.

The New York Giants, which received no compensatory choice, have a total of six choices, including the 11th overall position. However, they had some choices withdrawn as a result of the compensatory compensation, so here’s a look at their official choices and order:

  • Round 1 (No. 11)
  • Round 2 (No. 42)
  • Round 3 (No. 76)
  • Round 4 (No. 116)
  • Round 5 (no choices)
  • Round 6 (No. 196)
  • Round 6 (nº 201)
  • Round 7 (no choices)

New York’s second choice in the sixth round (No. 201 overall) came through the Arizona Cardinals in exchange for outside linebacker Markus Golden.

Meanwhile, the Giants have had no choice for the fifth round since being sent to the New York Jets as part of the Leonard Williams deal, and no choice for the seventh round since being sent to the Denver Broncos for cornerback Isaac Yiadom.

The Giants managed to maintain their choice in the fourth round because they signed a long-term contract with Williams after the official start of the new year of the league. If they had closed the deal earlier, they would have sent a choice in the fourth round to the Jets and returned in the fifth round.
