“Extremely blessed to receive an offer from The Ohio State University,” Wagner posted on his Twitter account.

The six-foot-tall, 250-pound Wagner, who played an offensive left tackle this season, has more than two dozen scholarship offers that, in addition to Ohio State Notre Dame, Michigan State, Penn State, Stanford, Oregon, West Virginia, Virginia, Michigan, Northwestern, Kentucky, Nebraska, Pitt, Cincinnati and Purdue.

At the moment, I’m still keeping all my options open, ”Wagner told Bucknuts in February. “As things get closer to the season, I’m going to narrow it down.”

Wagner is looking forward to seeing when the NCAA will allow visits again.

“At the moment, I would like to visit all of my offers,” said Wagner. “But, in the beginning, I go to schools very close by car. If they allow official visits, I want to take all five. “

Buckeyes have been in contact with Wagner more frequently recently.

“I talk to the coach (Greg) Stud (rawa),” said Wagner. “He likes my size and athleticism. He talks about how to keep my weight high. We talked a lot about football and how to get to know me. (The state of Ohio has) great athletics and education. “

With Wagner’s desire to make official visits, it will probably be some time before he makes his choice of college.
