Advertising panel will not publish the Social 50 chart, our ranking of the accounts of the most engaged musicians on social networks, for an indefinite period, as we transition to a new data partner.

Advertising panel is currently in negotiations to revive the Social 50 through a new data partner, with a planned return in early 2021.

The suspension of Social 50 will also affect the data formula of the Advertising panelThe Artist 100 and Emerging Artists charts, which used social media data, in addition to their other metrics for radio airplay, streams and album / song sales. These charts will not be paused during the Social 50’s publication break.
