When buying a Galaxy S21 or Galaxy S21 Ultra, thanks to an instant credit offered that could be spent to buy accessories at a discounted location, I think it’s safe to assume that a lot of people recently bought the new Samsung Galaxy Buds Pro with your new phone. I know you do. Tim too. It was an easy task, especially after hearing Samsung’s argument about its newest pair of wireless headphones equipped with ANC.
We are still testing our own, but most early reviews of Galaxy Buds Pro compared it favorably to Apple’s AirPods Pro and called it the best of Samsung. While I can say now that I really think they sound pretty awesome for real wireless headsets, there is another area of concern that many early users are facing and that has affected the Buds Pro rating. No one can figure out how they fit.
I was taking a walk around the Samsung store today (because I have nothing better to do) and noticed that Buds Pro, which again is almost universally praised by critics, has a 3.2 star rating with 120 reviews on. a low rating on a product that looked like a Samsung slam dunk, it didn’t take long to see what was going on.
These are just a small sample of the complaints. Most people think they sound and look great, but using them is the problem. Either they do not fit well, cause discomfort or fall with something as silly as gum.
The funny thing is that Samsung keeps responding basically by telling everyone that they are fools for using them the wrong way. Their response includes a link to a guide on how to fit tips to the Buds Pro and also insert them correctly in the ears.
During my use, I cannot say that I had adjustment problems. Out of the box, my Buds Pro fit well and are secured by sliding them into each ear and then turning them slightly in position. I feel like I’m making the same move with all real wireless friends, so maybe these people just need a little practice.
