BOWMAN, SC (AP) – Police have yet to make any arrests eight months after three men were shot and killed and five others injured during a party in South Carolina.
The State Law Enforcement Division sent a reminder that there is a reward of up to $ 1,000 for information that leads to the arrest of anyone involved in the May 26 shooting in Bowman.
Someone opened fire at the private party, according to a statement from SLED.
“People in the community are believed to have information about what happened, but are hesitant to speak out for fear of reprisals,” state officials said in a statement.
Austin Lee Benjamin, 17; Altonio Jaquan Smith, 19; and Malik Kevon Glover 24 were killed in the shooting, officials said.
