Nintendo UK confirmed this afternoon via the Super Mario UK Twitter account that the Captain Toad mini levels in Super Mario 3D World + Bowser’s Fury will now include the four-player co-op mode. The levels were a joy to play in the original and they even generated their own game in the form of Captain Toad: Treasure Tracker which is available on Wii U and the Nintendo Switch console. Super Mario 3D World + Bowser Fury will be released on February 12th.
