Nike Air Max 90 Bacon CU1816-100 Release Information

When it’s about Nike and its endless list of Air Max collaborations, a makeup that tends to be highly sought after within the tennis community is the Air Max 90 “Bacon”. The portion inspired by salt-cured pork was originally launched in 2004 alongside New York tennis boutique Dave’s Quality Meat, and is now due to receive its first reissue in 2021.

Dave Ortiz and Chris Keefe – owners of the Big Apple store mentioned – reimagined the silhouette made by Tinker Hatfield with a delightful motif 17 years ago, and all of his original design traits are being brought back. The leather bases are marked for a clear white and are overlaid with red suede overlays, Swooshes and pink bows, as well as brown moldings attached to the throat and heels to better translate the basic breakfast food. From there, a light gray tone stains the entire suede fender, while tan lines the linings of the socks.

Sliding down is a midsole that looks through an angelic exterior and comes with a dark brown rear mold that wraps around the soft pink Air units. The finish of all its greasy but tasty aesthetics is a brown tread.

You can check out an early look at the pair above, and note that Nike will likely be confirming its launch date in the coming weeks.
