Black Ops Cold War had its own version of MP5 added to Warzone in Season 1, so here’s the best loadout to use on Verdansk and Rebirth Island.
The MP5 has been a fan favorite weapon in almost every Call of Duty title. He quickly became the finish line in CDL 2020 and Battle Royale modes until R9-0 took his place in the 6th season of Modern Warfare.
The R9-0 was nerfed and it is unlikely that the MAC-10 and akimbo Diamattis will remain the target for a long time with Raven Software testing a nerf for these superpowered weapons.
The Black Ops Cold War MP5 is an understated gem, and while it is extremely viable in the current Warzone goal, it is likely to be the goal once the MAC-10 and Diamattis are in a good place.
Here are the best accessories and advantages to use with the BOCW MP5 in the first season of the war zone.
Best Cold War MP5 war zone loading
- Snout: Agency Suppressor
- Barrel: 9.5 ″ Heavy Reinforced
- Firmness: Field Agent Grip
- Ammunition: 40 Rnd Drum
- Rear Handle: Airborne elastic wrap
This Cold War MP5 was built to dominate up close. Combine it with a long-range rifle or, if you are especially confident with your aim, a sniper rifle. Switch to it quickly if your primary weapon is out of ammo, or use it in CQB situations.
First, we add the agency suppressor. This works in the same way as a Modern Warfare Monolithic Suppressor, which increases weapon range while hiding you from the minimap. For added versatility, we also equipped the 9.5 ″ reinforced heavy barrel. This increases the MP5’s range, giving it greater bullet speed and increasing damage.
To make MP5 as accurate as possible, you must add the Field Agent Grip. This helps with horizontal and vertical recoil control, which makes it easier to hit headshots at close range and maintain accuracy even over longer distances.
For ammunition, the 40 Round Mag is ideal. You can take down multiple enemies without ever reloading, and the magazine has no effect on aiming speed. However, to increase the speed of the ADS, you must add the elastic Airborne wrap. This allows you to do an ADS faster, as well as help with resistance to surveillance.
Best war zone advantages to use with Cold War MP5
Not only are your weapons important in a war zone load, but your choice of advantages can also make or destroy a class. Here are the advantages you should perform with the Black Ops Cold War MP5 in Verdansk and Rebirth Island.
Advantage 1: EOD
An important part of Warzone is the lethal equipment at your disposal. Before pushing a room, enemies will launch a bombardment of grenades, rockets and explosives inside. If you have any hope of surviving, you will need the EOD Perk equipped.
Advantage 2: Overkill / Ghost
Although the Cold War MP5 is more suitable as a secondary weapon, it is actually a primary. You will want to equip the Overkill so that you can have two primary weapons equipped, for example, a Kilo 141 and the MP5. If you are really feeling the love of the MP5, you can equip the Cold War and MW versions.
Instead, do a duplicate loadout with Ghost, and you can exchange Perks when you get another loadout and keep your weapons.
Advantage 3: Amped
There’s nothing worse than running out of ammunition in a shootout, where you need to quickly switch weapons to have a chance. The Amped Perk will allow you to switch weapons incredibly fast, which is vital in a shootout.
Use Cold War’s MP5 with these accessories and benefits, and you’ll find yourself managing one of the best SMGs Warzone has to offer.
