The wife of Nicki MinajSteven’s father filed a $ 150 million lawsuit for his death.
The lawsuit, filed by a civil rights lawyer Ben Crumpclaims Charles Polevich drove recklessly in February and was inattentive when he fatally hit Robert Maraj, who was walking on a street on Long Island. Police said that after assaulting the 64-year-old man, Polevich went to him, asked if he was okay and then fled the scene … then hiding his Volvo in a garage at his residence.
Polevich’s behavior was criminal, cowardly and immoral. We will hold you responsible for your reckless actions that led to the death of Robert Maraj!

Crump tweeted this after filing the lawsuit … “Charles Polevich was not only irresponsible and negligent in hitting Maraj, but he was more concerned with running away and hiding than seeking help.” He continued … “Polevich’s behavior was criminal, cowardly and immoral. We will hold him responsible for his reckless actions that led to the death of Rober Maraj!”
Polevich was accused of 2 crimes – leave the scene of an accident that led to death and tamper with or suppress physical evidence.
Polevich pleaded not guilty and is free on $ 250,000 bail.
