Most NFL teams have an old uniform as one of their alternates, but the Seattle Seahawks do not. The reason for this has nothing to do with tops and pants, but with the helmet.
See, the league instituted a rule in 2013 that prohibited teams from having multiple helmets, citing safety reasons. Seahawks from the original AFC era had a silver helmet, while current Seahawks have navy blue.
According to Bob Condotta of the Seattle Times, the NFL intends to address this policy and if the rule is adjusted to allow for multiple helmets in one season, then we are in the business of a backsliding team.
The NFL is expected to resolve the helmet wearing rule this offseason. If they approve the use of more than one helmet, the Seahawks will wear old uniforms. The 1 helmet rule has always been the problem.

We can also see the Creamsicle uniforms back for Super Bowl champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers, as they also had a different helmet color compared to today.
Seattle’s favorite substitutes since its most recent uniform redesign in 2012 were gray wolves on the road and Action Green uniforms, which typically appear in home games in prime time.
Who wouldn’t want a short trip to the past in classic Seahawks colors, at home or away? I just hope that Seattle doesn’t make any off-season changes that might throw the franchise back in a few unwanted years, if you know what I mean.
