NFL Draft: Kyle Pitts is a superstar, but NOT as a tight end; would it be a luxury choice for 49ers?

Kyle Pitts is one of the most talented players in the draft. We will not make any mistakes in this regard. But when studying and mapping the 2020 Pitts season, it’s increasingly evident that NFL teams should consider moving it to Tight End’s Wide Receiver. This is a solution to maximize Pitts’s skill set, but it also brings others questions: Is Pitts the best wide receiver in the class?

Would his draft stock drop if he moved to the deepest WR position? Does he lose all of his potential if he moves to a less impactful position? All of these are important questions for the NFL teams to answer, and in this video, I explain why he should consider switching positions in the first place.

In most scenarios, choosing the best player available is the best option. In a 49ers attack, Kyle Pitts would be a nightmare and would allow Kyle Shanahan to dictate what the defense would do. The question is, is Pitts too luxurious a choice?
