As for the story, it comes from the French streamer and YouTuber xj0nathan, which does not disclose many consequences other than the information mentioned above. The big thing with assassins Creed games, at least in the modern era, is the scenario. At the moment, there is no word from any reliable source where the game will be set, but there are some dubious rumors pointing to the series going to China, or more specifically, ancient China.
