New update brings ANC improvements to Galaxy Buds Pro

Galaxy Buds Pro, which was introduced last month, has already been shipped to users. They are being hailed as the best truly wireless headphones of 2021 and the ones that can really compete with AirPods Pro. Galaxy Buds Pro is now getting a new software update that further improves audio performance.

Samsung has started to release a new firmware update for the Galaxy Buds Pro in the USA. The new update, which brings the firmware version R190XXU0AUB3, improves the performance of active noise cancellation and ambient sound. It also improves the stability and reliability of the system. With the new update, the operating concept of the Galaxy Buds has changed when only one headset is being used.

A similar update was released in some markets last week, but its firmware version was R190XXU0AUA5 and optimizations for using a headset were missing. The new 2.2 MB update can be downloaded and installed from the Galaxy Wearable app on Android smartphones, navigating to Headphone software update and then touching Download and install.
