New Jersey opens mega vaccination site in Edison

New Jersey opened another mega vaccination site COVID-19 at the New Jersey Expo Center in Edison.

The state’s goal is to vaccinate more than 2,000 people a day at the unit at some point.

Those who wish to be vaccinated on the spot need an appointment and meet the eligibility requirements.

Governor Phil Murphy visited the New Jersey Expo Center on Friday and said he needed more help from DC

“We still don’t have enough supplies from the feds,” says Murphy. “We consoled ourselves with the projections, especially now that the Biden team is winning in terms of supply outside the feds.”

Other mega sites in the state are Rowan College of South Jersey in Gloucester County, Rockway Townsquare Mall in Morris County and Moorestown Mall in Burlington County.
