New Halo Infinite details divide Xbox fans

A metric ton of Halo Infinite details have been revealed, some of which excited the Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S and PC players, but some of which have players looking forward to the new areola less lively game. As for the details themselves – which appear in a new question and answer session with the developers at 343 Industries – they range from gameplay to the story, and some of them are new while others are updates on pre-existing information.

One of the new details is that there will be a daytime and nighttime cycle in the game, as well as a weather system that includes windstorms, but not rain or snowstorms, although 343 Industries says it could happen in the future. Given that, the enemies you will encounter and how they behave will change depending on the time of day.

In addition, there will be wildlife, although at the moment there is no hostile wildlife. And, of course, wildlife varies between different biomes. According to 343 Industries, the “Pacific Northwest” is the primary biome, but the sub-biomes will add different environments, such as swamps and areas with warts.

That said, exploration of these areas will be partially limited because it is not a true open world game. However, missions allow for multiple approaches due to open world design. And, for that, you can go out of the way and explore different contents and collateral objectives. The main story is the main story and needs to be completed in order, but there is freedom between these missions.

Other details include double non-wielding words, playable elites, audio logs, the ability to drop things from the Zeta Halo, random encounters, bases / outposts and dynamic scenes that react and change depending on the time of day, weather and what weapons you is holding.

Finally, players can only hold one piece of equipment in Multiplayer. In addition, after using it, it is gone. However, there are plans to allow players to modify this through personalized games.

In general, these are all the important details shared. However, if you want more essential details, click here. That said, and as noted, players are divided on those details, at least on Reddit. For example, one of the main comments is about being excited about taking down Zeta Halo. However, another important comment expressed disappointment at the lack of biomes and climatic variations. And, of course, while many of the details above are exciting, many of the conclusions so far have been the lack of double-wielding, playable elites.

Halo Infinite is scheduled to be released worldwide later this year via Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S and PC.
