New Black Ops leak in the Cold War reveals Riot Shield

It looks like Riot Shield may be reaching the Cold War Black Ops, according to a new leak.

One of Call of Duty’s most controversial weapons could be reaching the Cold War Black Ops, if a new leak is believed. According to several online sources, it is rumored that the Riot Shield may arrive in the Cold War soon.

This would unite Sledgehammer and Wakizashi as the Cold War’s newest melee weapon. However, the Riot Shield also comes with an undeniable advantage over other equipment.

We are referring, of course, to the fact that Riot Shields tend to completely block incoming bullets. Combine this class with some stunning grenades and you’ll have a recipe for some easy kills.

Riot Shield Leaks for Black Ops Cold War

This news comes after a leaked Black Ops Cold War Riot Shield video in action was posted on YouTube. The video appears to show the ‘Assault Shield’ weapon, live in Zombie Cold War mode.

However, it is also important to note that the video comes from a channel called Grophy, which specializes in Cold War ‘Hacks & Mods’. We are not saying that this is not a real footage, but take it with a pinch of salt for now.

Some players are quick to claim that the Riot Shield shown in the footage may be older features from previous titles. However, that can still come to the Treyarch game regardless.

If Riot Shield is really coming to the Cold War, it will definitely upset many fans and make others very happy. Although Riot Shield is an interesting and different way to play, facing it can be frustrating.

In fact, war zone players often make fun of Riot Shield players in the real battle. However, given the current heavy DMR target, a Riot Shield is the perfect war zone counter now.

We will have to wait for confirmation from Treyarch to find out if this Cold War riot shield is real. But we hope that the new Black Ops Cold War unlock will not join our list of the most powerful Call of Duty weapons of all time.
