Taylor Bennett “Don’t Wait Up”
Taylor Bennett returns to A Late Show with the presentation of a very special new single. Here’s more about Taylor’s “Don’t Wait Up”, in her own words: “Hey family, it all started here, a little backdrop- MR. Hudson is my favorite artist of all time. I was 13 when I heard about his album “A Tale of Two cities”, one of the first times to listen to music that was not “Hip-Hop”. Songs like “Dancing in the rain” and “Broad Shoulders” Hudson have always played an important role in My Fast Forward 10 years later and “You” (My Supporters) put me in the position to create with My Idol. Thank you. This song is special and I hope you like it. “-Taylor Bennett Played by: Taylor Bennett – Lead vocal, Dwayne Verner – Keyboard / Bass, Ezekiel Raggs – Guitar, Josiah Maddox – Drums #Colbert #PlayAtHome #TaylorBennett

The star recently opened up to PEOPLE about parenting and how her children are her biggest fans when it comes to her music.
“I know my kids love my music. I don’t know about any other artists and their kids, but my kids really love my music,” he said. “In fact, they are the best people to receive criticism of my music, because they don’t hear it the way people listen to music; they are listening, whether they feel it or not. This is very useful for me, so I will usually publish a song and if they like it, I know I’m going in the right direction. “
“They are very quick to tell me how much they don’t like something – as fast as they tell me how much they like it,” added NE-YO with a laugh.
He also mentioned paternity in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic. “It has been a little chaotic, but I have always been the type to roll with punches and, by the grace of God, my family is like that,” he said.

“But more time at home just means more time to be together, more time for us to enjoy each other and more time for them to break more things,” he laughed.
The time at home also helped NE-YO to resolve his differences with his wife Renay. In early 2020, the couple decided to go their separate ways and seek a divorce – a decision they worked for.
“We have found a way back to happiness and I can honestly say that we are better now than we were,” said NE-YO of the current state of his relationship with Renay. “It doesn’t matter how much money you earn if there is no family to look after after the fact – there are only lessons learned. Definitely.”
