NBCU now hiring for new jobs on the WWE Network / Peacock

NBCUniversal is hiring three positions for the WWE Network at Peacock.

Job ads were posted this week on the NBCUnicareers website. Peacock’s Brand Strategy and Marketing department is looking for a WWE / Peacock Supervisor Producer, a WWE / Peacock Brand Marketing Director and a WWE / Peacock Brand Marketing Manager. All three jobs are based in New York City.

NBCU is also still looking for a WWE / Peacock editorial platform manager for Peacock’s product department. This job posting has been on the air since February 9 and is based in Universal City, California.

The supervising producer at WWE / Peacock will work with the production and creative teams at WWE to help ensure a perfect partnership. The following job description has been posted to WWE / Peacock Supervising Producer:

The Supervisor Producer, WWE will be an experienced and passionate creative professional, focused on the design and production of assets and campaigns (in partnership with WWE) to promote WWE content available on Peacock. These campaigns will use WWE core content to drive customer acquisition and engagement / retention.

The Peacock Creative team is tasked with developing industry-leading solutions to market our brand and content to consumers. A successful candidate will not only have experience in content marketing, but also great creative and production skills; they will be a proactive resource across the company, adept at managing a large volume of assignments on a day-to-day basis, while strategically thinking about how to tackle future problems.

The supervising producer will work closely with WWE creative and production teams to ensure a perfect partnership when it comes to key marketing priorities, including live pay-per-views, WWE Originals and WWE library content. They will oversee the work of in-house editors / designers and external suppliers charged with developing and executing creative marketing ideas and campaigns, while meeting with WWE regularly to ensure that the creative expression of our initiatives is closely aligned. The candidate must have a relevant work roll that shows his conceptual prowess, an eye for design, writing skills, strategic thinking and industry-leading creative marketing.

Roles and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

* Providing creative leadership in all WWE / Peacock marketing campaigns – managing all facets of creative development, from briefing and creative production, to execution and delivery.
* Serve as the main creative point of contact with external WWE creative and production teams for planning, producing and approving Peacock’s marketing assets
* Partnership with the internal Project Manager, designer and Marketing leader in all campaigns.
* Link with internal departments and teams for all WWE marketing needs
* Concept, script and execution of marketing assets when necessary.
* Make cross-functional partnerships with Growth Marketing and Social Marketing teams in initiatives to create cultural impact and drive customer acquisition and retention
* Help ensure the perfect delivery and delivery of creative assets to relevant internal platforms and partners
* Creatively lead remote or live production footage with WWE talent when needed.
* Work together with designers and production staff to create and produce all content
* Make sure that all campaigns are in line with the general Peacock design and brand guidelines
* Help with other Peacock marketing priorities besides WWE, including Peacock brand campaigns, Peacock Sports campaigns, Peacock Originals campaigns and campaigns for the main content of the Peacock library

Qualifications / Requirements

* At least 7 years of relevant experience in designing, writing, producing and managing creative campaigns for digital / direct consumer brands and / or entertainment brands
* Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, digital delivery and music libraries
* Experience in reviewing and analyzing campaign performance data and optimizing creatives accordingly
* Passion and deep familiarity with WWE and Superstars content
