NBA Twitter reacts to Steph Curry’s coup after buzzer vs. Magic

To call Steph Curry’s recent move impressive would be an understatement.

Before Thursday’s game in San Francisco, the twice Most Valuable Player had an average of 37.4 points in 57.5% of field shots over a five-game period. Curry caught fire beyond the arc during that period, reaching 6.4 triples per game in 50% shooting beyond the arc.

Against the Orlando Magic at the Chase Center, the six-time All-Star started right where it left off. Curry set the Magic on fire by 40 points in 14 of 26 pitches with eight boards, five assists and four steals in 37 minutes. The Golden State guard kept warm over a long distance, recording 10 points from 19 attempts.

Although he didn’t count, Curry capped his 40-point effort with a jaw-dropping kick. After the final bell sounded to seal Golden State’s 111-105 victory over Orlando, Curry launched a high-arch shot behind the 3-point line that crossed the back of the net.
