The home of the late Glee star Naya Rivera in Los Angeles was sold after just nine days on the market.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles sold for an initial price of $ 2.695 million, according to the New York Post.
This was the house where Rivera lived with her five-year-old son Josey when she drowned in a boat accident on Lake Piru, California, on July 8, 2020. Her body was found five days later. She was 33 years old.

Josey, who was four at the time, was found sleeping and alone in the boat that wandered that afternoon, with no sign of his mother.

In November 2020, the estate of Dorsey and Rivera filed a wrongful death lawsuit in the name of Josey against Ventura County and Lake Piru administrators, claiming that his death was neglected because the boat had no ladder, radio, rope safe access, anchor or other equipment to prevent swimmers from separating from it, the AP reported.

The released Ventura County Medical Examiner’s Office confirmed her death as an accident.
“The autopsy results are consistent with drowning and the condition of the body is compatible with the time she was submerged,” the report said.
“No traumatic injury or disease process was identified at the autopsy. There is no indication from the investigation or examination that drugs or alcohol played a role in the death of the deceased, but the samples will be subjected to toxicology tests, ”he added.
Cory Monteith died in 2013 – exactly seven years before Rivera’s body was identified – from a toxic mixture of alcohol and heroin.
Rivera’s ex-boyfriend Mark Salling, who played an athlete in the series, killed himself in 2018 after pleading guilty to child pornography charges. Rivera and Salling dated for three years and separated in 2010.
In the preface to her autobiography, Rivera wrote that motherhood changed her life and gave her perspective. She said she was more courageous too.
