MYRTLE BEACH – United Airlines announced the new non-stop service from Myrtle Beach International Airport to Washington Dulles International Airport starting March 28.

The seasonal service will run on Saturdays and Sundays, and tickets are available at www.united.com.

Myrtle Beach International Airport is on track to handle about 530,000 passengers annually this year – a stark contrast to the more than 1.3 million passengers who entered and exited MYR in 2019.

Airlines like Frontier, Allegiant and Sun Country have started announcing their anticipated routes for 2021 to and from Myrtle Beach International Airport. Allegiant has announced that it will fly to and from Hagerstown, Sun Country’s flight to Minneapolis will resume on April 2 and Frontier has released start dates for several markets, including Newark (February 11), Trenton, NJ and Denver (12 April) and Philadelphia and Islip, NY (April 13).
