Murder of Yale student Kevin Jiang: Connecticut police get arrest warrant, suspect in freedom

New Haven police obtained an arrest warrant related to the fatal shooting of Yale University graduate student Kevin Jiang, police confirmed to Fox News on Saturday.

The New Haven Police Department obtained an arrest warrant accusing Qinxuan Pan of murder, Captain Anthony Duff told Fox News, adding that Pan remains at large.

Jiang, 26, was shot several times and found lying outside his car on a New Haven street on February 7. The authorities immediately believed that Jiang may have been the target and that his death was not random.
