Kate Middleton, the hairdresser!

During a recent video call with other parents, the royal mother spoke about taking on various roles in the midst of the coronavirus pandemic, including one in which her three children – Prince George, 7, Princess Charlotte, 5, and Prince Louis, 2 – are less than thrilled.

“As parents, we have elements of everyday life as parents, but, I suppose, during the blockade we had to take on additional roles that others in our communities or in our lives would have helped us with,” she said. “I became a hairdresser at this block, to the horror of my children.”

Kate continued, “We had to become teachers. I personally feel drawn to so many different directions.”

The 39-year-old royal mother also revealed that she would rate her math skills at “-5”.

“I’m obviously at the bottom!” She said with a smile.

Kate also told the group that her husband, Prince William, has been the biggest support for her during the pandemic. It was clearly the right answer – how other parents responded to their partners and other family members. “We don’t want it to be Bridgerton or something like that, isn’t it? “Professor Melissa Loosemore joked.

While home schooling continues for George and Charlotte, Queen Elizabeth gave Kate and Prince William space to work at their home in Sandringham, which is just a few miles from the couple’s cottage, Anmer Hall, where the family of five people have isolated themselves.
