ORLANDO, Fla. – The non-established pattern will continue to close the weekend and straight on Monday. The most widespread rains and storms will occur along and northwest of I-4 until Saturday night. Some storms can be severe. The greatest chance of severe storms will be along a paralyzed front across the northern counties of Marion and Flagler.
Harmful wind, heavy rain and lightning will be the main threats. A brief tornado will also be possible in the strongest storms.
Chances of rain and storm decrease after 8 pm
Another chance for heavy storms comes on Monday, with another system advancing across the southeastern United States. The biggest severe threat will be northwest of I-4 on Monday for areas shaded in yellow.
Our unstable weather pattern continues for the next week. Next weekend, it should be drier, windy and a little colder.
