Of course, monster hunting is cool and all. But I think the best part of Monster hunter games is all good food. As the great “Chef’s Choice Platter” of Monster Hunter World, which was recently recreated by the YouTube channel Binging With Babish.
It should be noted that I have never played a Monster hunter games. So my only real experience with the series is the screenshots of the food on Twitter, this video and the only time I played the Monster Hunter World beta / demo for 10 minutes and never came back. But I still like the meals!
Watching all this together shows how much is cut from the cooking montages that you see in the game. Imagine if you had to wait real time for the cats to put it all together. Then again, a game where you expect people to make your food looks good. Or maybe I just started going crazy after not eating at a restaurant for more than a year, thanks to Covid-19.
