‘Modern Family’ star Nolan Gould reveals a very muscular physique

Nolan Gould completely transformed his body during the pandemic.

The 22-year-old, best known for playing Luke Dunphy in “Modern Family”, revealed his extremely fit new physique in a photo shoot for People magazine.

“I basically spent six months on vacation,” Gould told the newspaper. “But I feel like now it’s time to make a decision about where I want to go with my career, and one of the ways to do that is to change my appearance and my mindset.”

Gould used his downtime during confinement to focus on his health and fitness.

“I have been training for an hour and a half every day with my friend Michael, who is a personal trainer. We have a socially distant and very cool setting that has allowed me to get in shape and at the same time be safe. It has been good. Especially being unemployed in quarantine, having a reason to get up and stay motivated. It has been something that has been very healthy and positive for me in quarantine. It really changed my vision, “he revealed.

Gould continued, “I kind of split things up throughout the day. I do an hour of strength training every day and then 30 minutes of cardio and core throughout the day.”

To really see a transformation, the young star completely reformed his diet by eating more lean proteins and vegetables, instead of eating pizza as a “teenager / bachelor”.

“In fact, for me the most important thing was to cut down on alcohol, for me this has been very good. I feel more lucid and I have written as much as possible, being in the acting class, taking all the steps I can for when the pandemic it’s finally over, I hope I’m ready to work, “he explained.

Gould hopes that his new strength and agility will allow him to do his own stunts in the future and he would love to do two important items on his wish list: climb some large rock walls in Yosemite Nation Park and hike the Pacific Crest Trail.
