Mnuchin’s wife plays the role of hedge fund manager, serial killer in new film

Louise Linton, wife of former Treasury Secretary Steve Mnuchin, will star as a psychotic hedge fund manager and serial killer in a new film she also wrote and directed.

“Me You Madness” tells the delightful wicked story of a beautiful, relentlessly ambitious, intelligent and successful businesswoman, “says the film’s official synopsis.

Catherine Black, played by Linton, 40, “lives a life of luxury with an architectural dream home in Malibu, exclusive designer clothes, fast cars and exquisite jewelry. She doesn’t need a man, except to satisfy her natural serial killer instinct, literally.

Her diabolical plans, however, derail after she falls in love with one of her planned victims, played by Ed Westwick.

A trailer for the film released on YouTube features many photos of Linton brandishing a knife.

Linton, an originally Scottish actress, became a secondary star of American thrillers, with roles in “Cabin Fever” and “Intruder”.

Before her husband became a member of the US cabinet, he worked in finance and Hollywood and is remembered for serving as an executive producer on the widely maligned Joker, the “Suicide Squad”.

Linton herself became something of a celebrity during her husband’s tenure, the star of the fun memes.
