MLB The Show 21 Cover Leak apparently confirms Xbox version

The cover reportedly leaked for MLB The Show 21, but this time for PlayStation 5 and Xbox One, apparently confirming that Sony’s exclusive baseball game will hit other platforms in 2021. The well-known leaker ANerdyDad on Instagram shared the covers, both featuring Fernando Tatis Jr. from San Diego Padres, and the Xbox version comes complete with the PlayStation Studios logo.

Another potential leak came to Reddit, showing that there may also be a special Jackie Robinson version of MLB The Show 21, which is available on PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X / S and Xbox One. Unfortunately, there is no mention of PC or Nintendo Switch.

The leak of the Jackie Robinson Edition also reveals that the game is planned to be released on April 20, 2021, with an early access weekend starting on April 16.

After these leaks, it was announced that the reveal of the official cover of MLB The Show 2021 will take place tomorrow, February 1st, on Hot Ones. So it looks like we won’t have to wait long to find out the truth.

In 2019, it was confirmed that MLB The Show would be reaching other platforms as early as 2021, and it looks like this could be the year that these great games will be played by many more people.
