A Missouri woman seen apparently posing with the name plate of Mayor Nancy Pelosi, was charged with connection to the January 6 Capitol riot, federal documents show.
At least three identified informants and several anonymous informants named Emily Hernandez after their image was released in a “video from ITV News, a UK-based television news network,” according to an FBI statement on Friday.

“In the video … a large group of individuals can be seen entering and leaving a room in the Capitol building with a curved entrance and a wooden sign above the entrance declaring ‘Mayor, Nancy Pelosi’,” the document says .

One informant sent the FBI a photo of Hernandez’s Facebook page that appeared to show it on the Capitol, and another sent the FBI a photo of Hernandez’s Snapchat that appeared to show it below the Capitol dome. Anonymous informants sent more photos of the woman holding Pelosi’s sign.
Hernandez faces five charges, including illegal entry, involvement in disorderly conduct on Capitol Hill and theft of a piece of federal property, according to a federal complaint. She was not arrested.

The FBI received more than 140,000 digital tips from the public as of Friday, said Steven D’Antuano, assistant director in charge of the FBI’s Field Office in Washington. He updated reporters on the arrests and the investigation of the Capitol siege on January 6.
