Missing Call of Duty: War zone hit markers frustrate players

Call Of Duty war zone

Everything was going so well for Call of Duty: Warzone. With a balanced goal, users could go back to using their favorite loadouts and not have to worry so much about DMR 14. Except that now the hit markers are not being displayed correctly, making the shootings a little more difficult as those who are shooting are not getting any proper feedback from the markers. Everything else is working fine – opponents can still be eliminated and will fall reliably with enough firepower – but not really knowing if your trigger finger is doing things correctly poses a problem from a long distance.

We were hit by this problem on PlayStation 5 on Saturday, as was the Reddit community since the previous game patch. Users tried to fix the problem by reinstalling Call of Duty: Warzone without success. Raven Software has acknowledged the flaw on Twitter, stating: “We are investigating claims that the hit markers are inconsistent after last night’s update.” Hopefully, a fix will be deployed quickly.

Meanwhile, Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War has been reloaded with a lot of new content as part of a mid-season update. It adds the Firebase Z map for zombies, as well as the classic Express arena, which can be experienced in a playlist 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at the time of writing. Double XP also ensures that you play until the early hours of the morning to level up as much as possible. If the lack of hit markers in Warzone has let you down, there is always something new to play in Black Ops Cold War.
