Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher filmed the Super Bowl commercial to get their kids ‘freedom’ at home

They found freedom in an unlikely place.

Mila Kunis and Ashton Kutcher agreed to film a Super Bowl commercial so that they could spend a few hours away from their children at home during confinement due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The 37-year-old actress and Ashton, 42, are stuck at home in Los Angeles with their two children and thought that recording the Cheetos commercial would give them a welcome break.

‘It’s so silly! Ashton and I never worked together, ‘she said. ‘I mean, I know we worked together before … And in the middle of the quarantine, they sent us this ad to make and every time they offered me a Super Bowl ad it was always a woman having to be half naked.

Mila – who starred alongside her husband on That ’70s Show – was happy with the premise of the new commercial and couldn’t let it pass.

‘And this one is coming, I started laughing so hard and Ashton said,’ This is kind of funny. ‘And I thought,’ We should do this! ‘ ‘She recalled.

Mila also joked that her children were one of the motivating factors in the commercial.

She told Entertainment Tonight, ‘I was also quarantined and we were stuck with our kids for nine, 12 months at this point, and I was like,’ Two days, baby! Two days off. ”

‘Literally, we were like,’ Yes, OK, let’s do this. ‘And so we did. And I hate to say that, but we thought, ‘Freedom!’… It was incredible! ‘

Mila loves her children ‘very’ and they were disappointed to see her go on the commercial.

The Hollywood star – who married Ashton in 2015 – shared: ‘[I’ve] I’ve never been so excited to wake up at five in the morning and say, “I’m going to work!” And I literally jumped out of the house. My children said, “You are abandoning us!” And I said, ‘Relax’.
