Microsoft will not give up with Xbox Game Pass ads, and the next Octopath Traveler is the next • Eurogamer.net

There was a time when Xbox Game Pass ads came in every month – or every two weeks at most. This week, however, is not one of those weeks.

Confirming the series of games to be released today, Microsoft has released yet another title worthy of mention: Octopath Traveler, a role player at Square Enix. Previously available for PC and Nintendo Switch, it will jump to Xbox Game Pass for PC and consoles on March 25th.

It has been an extraordinarily busy few days with news from the Xbox Game Pass, with some revealing additions announced. To recap, the promising Outriders will be released via Xbox Game Pass on the first day after a positive response to the demo. Cult’s favorite undertale hits Game Pass as he finally comes to Xbox today, March 16, many years after its debut elsewhere.

Last week, we learned that Brenda and John Romero’s mafia-themed strategy game, Empire of Sin, would come to the Game Pass for both console and PC. There was also the small issue of 20 previous Bethesda games being added and the promise that new titles from the publisher would be exclusive “for platforms where Game Pass exists”.
