Michael B. Jordan is “more dangerous and effective than any man” in the Navy SEALs in Amazon Prime Video’s “Without Remorse” trailer.
The teaser for the action thriller directed by Stefano Sollima, based on the 1993 Tom Clancy novel, sees Jordan as the elite of the Navy SEAL Senior Chief John Kelly. When a squad of Russian soldiers kills their family in retaliation for their role in a top-secret operation, Kelly pursues the killers at all costs. While seeking justice, he discovers an international conspiracy that threatens to involve the United States and Russia in total war.

Set in the Jack Ryan universe of Clancy, “Without Remorse” is John Clark’s explosive origin story. The trailer teases Jodie Turner-Smith as a SEAL and Jamie Bell as a dismal CIA agent. The cast also includes Lauren London, Brett Gelman, Jacob Scipio, Jack Kesy, Colman Domingo, Todd Lassance, Cam Gigandet, Luke Mitchell and Guy Pearce.
Written by Taylor Sheridan and Will Staples, “Without Remorse” was originally scheduled to debut for Paramount on September 18, 2020 and then on October 2, 2020. But with the film adaptation on Amazon, “Without Remorse” now will debut globally on April 30 on Prime Video.
