Mia Farrow says she is ‘scared’ of Woody Allen in the next HBO document detailing her alleged child abuse: reporting

Mia Farrow claimed that she is “scared” of Woody Allen almost 30 years after the separation.

A series of documentaries examining his doomed relationship and its aftermath, including allegations that he sexually abused a daughter, airs on HBO.

“Allen v. Farrow” will include the “enchanted courtship” of the filmmaker, 85, and the actress, 76, as well as his relationship with Farrow’s adult daughter Soon-Yi Previn, who became his wife.

“I don’t know, I’m just scared,” said Farrow in the new docuseries, quoted by People magazine on Wednesday.

“A person who has no allegiance to the truth will do anything,” she said. “A person who does anything is someone to fear. So I worry that when this documentary is released, he will be on the attack again. He will do whatever it takes to try to save himself from the truth, from the mess he made. . “

An Allen representative did not immediately respond to Fox News’s request for comment. The representatives also did not respond to the filmmaker’s request for comment.

Allen and Previn, now 50, did not participate in the documentary, nor did Moses, the son of Allen and Farrow.

The documentary will explore “private history” through interviews with Mia, Dylan and Ronan Farrow, as well as investigators. It will also examine court documents and unpublished material, the channel said. Film experts will discuss Allen’s work and his reevaluation in light of his personal life.

Allen has long denied having sexually abused Dylan. In a 2020 memoir, he said that “he never did anything to her that could be misinterpreted as her abuse; it was a total invention from start to finish.”

Two separate investigations were conducted in the 1990s and Allen was not charged. Dylan Farrow claimed that she was abused and her claims were adopted in the #MeToo era.

“Allen v. Farrow”, by filmmakers Kirby Dick, Amy Ziering and Amy Herdy, opens on February 21 on HBO, with episodes broadcast weekly.

Dick and Ziering also made the 2020 documentary “On the Record”, which detailed allegations of sexual misconduct and abuse against Def Jam co-founder Russell Simmons. He denied the claims.
