Kate Middleton would have received a special surprise from Meghan Markle and Prince Harry for their 39th birthday.
The Duchess of Cambridge, whose birthday was on January 9, was “surprised” when she saw the unexpected gifts and the card of her brother-in-law, 36, and his wife, 39.
“It was a good surprise,” a source told Us Weekly on Wednesday. “Kate didn’t expect anything from the couple.”
According to a royal source, Middleton had a “low-key” celebration with her husband, Prince William, 38, and also with their three children: Prince George, 7, Princess Charlotte, 5, and Prince Louis, 2.

According to the vehicle, the surprise of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex came shortly after the news that the couple, who currently resides in California, are expected to travel back to the UK later this year to attend several real events. Queen Elizabeth II, grandmother of William and Harry, turns 95 in April. Her husband, Prince Philip, turns 100 in June.
In addition, William and Harry are due to attend the inauguration of the statue of their late mother, Princess Diana, at Kensington Palace. The Princess of Wales would have turned 60 in July.
Last summer, royal reporters Carolyn Durand and Omid Scobie released their bombastic book “Finding Freedom”, where several members of the palace performed and detailed what prompted the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to leave them as the oldest members of the British royal family .
The Sunday Times reported that Middleton reportedly did not immediately roll out the red carpet for the former American actress when she started dating Harry.

“Although it was not necessarily her responsibility, Kate did little to reduce the divide,” wrote Scobie and Durand.
The authors insisted that, although the duchesses “were not at war with each other”, there were some “embarrassing moments”.
According to the book, Middleton felt that she and the “Suits” star did not have much in common “other than the fact that they lived in Kensington Palace”.
Katie Nicholl, a royal correspondent for Vanity Fair, noted that friends of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge spoke to Mail on Sunday, insisting that the couple had “done everything possible” to welcome Markle into the royal family. . They claimed that Middleton personally cooked vegan meals for Markle during a visit to his home in Anmer Hall.

Still, Scobie and Durand wrote, women “struggled to overcome distant politeness”.
Markle initially expected Middleton to “show her the strings” of being a member of “The Firm”. But the book claimed that Middleton, who at the time was pregnant with Prince Louis, was distant from her.
“[Kate] she was extremely loyal to her husband and family “, they pointed out.
Vanity Fair reported on Monday that at one point Middleton brought flowers to Markle as a peace offering. However, Meghan “told Kate in no uncertain terms that flowers were not enough.”

Scobie and Durand shared that Harry, in particular, was “deeply saddened” by the growing distance between him and his older brother William and Middleton. He expected his children to grow up together.
Although it was initially reported that Harry and Markle cooperated with the authors, the couple’s representatives confirmed to Fox News that they were not part of the book.
“The Duke and Duchess of Sussex were not interviewed and did not contribute to ‘Finding freedom’,” the statement said. “This book is based on the authors’ own experiences as members of the real body of the press and on their own independent reporting.”
